How do I enter a car for auction?
You need to produce a complete and valid V5 registration document and if available, MOT certificate, spare keys and service history. Remove all accessories not for sale.
Vehicles entered without a full service history must be entered as "unchecked taken as incorrect".
Please ensure that information submitted on the vehicle entry form is correct and signed. Commission will be charged at the full rate on sales lost due to incorrect statements.
Vehicles of 9 years and older are 'sold as seen' without a reserve, unless by prior arrangement with the auctioneer.
Sellers can't bid for their own vehicle, as commission will be charged on lost sales.
Any vehicles withdrawn from sale, but not removed from our premises, within 24 hours will be charged storage.
All vehicle entries must be entered and paperwork completed within 30 minutes of the start of the sale.
How much will it cost?

Reserve Fees - Vehicles over 9 years of age will be sold with NO reserve price unless the £50.00+VAT reserve option is taken ( Please ask for details)
Payment can be made by bacs transfer or debit card.
Fees are subject to VAT at 20%
Entry fee and commission - deducted from sale price, except for vehicles over 9 years of age where the entry fee must be paid in full prior to the auction.

Storage fees of £20.00 plus VAT are applied to vehicles unsold and not removed from WOMA premises within 24 hours.
