Live Bid - No Sound or Picture?02 Nov 2018
We have received feedback from some of our customers who are experiencing problems with lack of sound or live visual feed when using our Live Bid facility.
There is now a simple resolve....
Firstly, when initially logging into Live Bid, you will need to ensure you do not by pass the screen which asks you to test or allow Flash Player to run on your system.
If you do not see this prompt or accidently skip this stage you will have no visual or sound, in the event this happens, you will need to right click on the google icon at the top of your web browser and enable Flash player.
If you continue to experience issues then you will need to clear your cookies and cache for Google and then log back into the Live-bid system and this will allow the prompt of the Flash player screen to run again.
